My family and I loved everything about this hotel. We felt like we were at a Mexican Resort! The ambiance and decor of both the room and the overall resort was amazing! We ate at Fuego, overseeing the water and the food was fabulous. We lounged by the pool for the day and at night, hung out by the Bonfire. We had a great time here. A nice staycation for us!!

Mold, bad electrical.outlet, no.microwave. fridge froze everything we put in it. Beds were.very comfortable. But the smell of mold was not pleasant at all. I have reported evrything waiting for response 40.00 PARKING FEE A NIGHT!! OUTRAGED!!

Everything was phenomenal except parking, through our night stay there were few suspicious people not staying at hotel walking by our rental putting hands on car very intimidating, suggest serious security for this for it didn't feel very safe

The only problem that I had was in morning having when having breakfast. when entering the restaurant, the food being offer had many flies roaming around the food that was offer to the guests and found flies inside the fruit cover. locations need manage and control this soon as possible. other than that was a great experience stay.
