Stayed here during evacuation orders due to the fires. Don and the entire staff were so helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Give everyone a raise, they are priceless.

I was impressed with how lovely the property was maintained. Honestly, except for a wonky chair leg in our room & some darkening shower grout, the place was really clean & well put together. Shower pressure was awesome & bath water heated up quick. One complaint about the room is that it didn’t have a usable closet. At one time it did but I suppose when they started adding room refrigerators & microwaves, they chose to use that space instead of adding some furniture, or even a dresser under the television. There was nothing with a drawer, which would have been nice. We were there for one week. Oh, & the coffee maker was dirty, but I went downstairs every morning for the complimentary coffee anyhow. I used the gym every day, which was great & very clean, as well as the hot tub outside. The hot tub would have been more enjoyable if it had been, well, hotter, & one or two more heat lamps outdoors in the lounge would have also been nice. You have to run in & tell someone you want them turned on. The indoor seating area wasn’t quite as cozy as I would have liked since we did have friends come and visit with us. It was on the chilly side and had a cafeteria feel. The staff was amazing and I totally forgive them for not being able to quiet down the incredibly noisy upstair guests that kept us up late on our last night in town. And try as they might, the staff just can’t catch all the guests that break the “no smoking” rule. Guest relations was refreshing & everyone was helpful.

Profit over people
I came down with norovirus and was incredibly ill and very contagious. I tried to cancel the reservation and let the front desk know the situation and that by coming to the hotel I would risk infecting their staff and other guests. They did not care and just said “no cancellations or refunds, company policy.” Whenever a company puts profit over people that tells you everything you need to know.

The hotel was small but clean, modern, great room size, good size bathroom and friendly staff. Parking is about 25 usd a night so consider that. Good hotel location

The hotel room is large, clean, and modern. Easy access to freeway, wholefood, and several nice and affordable restaurants. Parking is $25 per night. The only small complain is some noise from the freeway.

Great little hidden gem. The hotel is newly renovated and very well done. Everything is clean and new and all of the staff from the front desk to the cleaning and maintenance teams were awesome. The location is also very convenient with easy pickup/dropoff for uber and food delivery, and also easy walk to a Whole Foods and nearby restaurants.

New, clean, comfortable - not great window views
Great stay but the hotel is next to an abandoned lot so if your room is facing in that direction you'll see a pile of trash. Other than that, the hotel is great, free coffee, outdoors hot tub, friendly staff, comfortable beds, very clean.
