Something happened because the hallway smelled of sewage and they were fanning out the hallway with a loud huge fan. Rooms are spacious. Nice area. Nice bed. Toilet was fancy. But reeked. If it wasn't fit the smell it would have been really nice.

The staff was friendly and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop area was relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. The only downside was something out of the hotel’s control. Like much of Long Beach currently, there were groups of unhoused individuals that were right outside the hotel which was disturbing due to the noise and intrusive conduct of those individuals at times. Other than that our stay was quite pleasant.

Property was clean and modern. Our room was next to housekeeping closet and door slammed all morning long. Our room was also right across from the only ice machine and were woken up early each morning from its use.

The property was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities(pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym room) were convenient and i definitely utilized them. The biggest things that stood out for me were: the spacious room and cleanliness of the rooms, the bidet in the bathrooms, and the accommodating nature of the staff. They allowed my children to play in the pool a little past closing hours since we came in kind of late, and they were also very helpful and understanding with my son who is special needs and has a small service animal. 10/10 would recommend.
