Good but not great.
It was good as always. Issues with the door constantly. Both in opening which they did for me and for the cards letting me in. A real pain when you're a mile from the front desk. But I do like the place.

we suposse let them know when we needed to clean the room thats we were told, we forgot and no clean, no towels no toilet paper. I liked the older way...when if you dont see the "do not disturb" just go in and do the basic change towels an leave toilet paper!!

Didn’t like that the elevators and parts of the hotel were always hot, needs air conditioning. It was clean and met our needs. Liked that there was a cafe on site and the staff were all friendly.

For a last minute birthday getaway weekend, Hotel Burbank was the perfect stay for this momma to rejuvenate. Walking distance to local eateries, shopping and a spa. Rooms are a little dated but overall comfy. I will definitely use them again and they were reasonably priced too.

We had a horrible experience there they charged for parking which was $20 a night and the elevator that was closest to the hotel lobby was out of service so we had to walk one block up then one block back. That by itself was an Inconvenience for me being a double amputee in a wheelchair. The worst part is my main reason for choosing this hotel was for zthe swimming pool because my niece loves to swim and unfortunately she was not able to because they're swimming pool is located down two flights of stairs with no RAMP through a fence and me again being an amputee in a wheelchair that was a complete disappointment . And when we called to try to get a refund or some sort of compensation for the inconvenience they said they wouldn't do it I think it's totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. Not to mention our view was horrible it was of a parking lot there's only ice on one floor per Tower the best part about this hotel is it's right next to a BJ's which is one of my favorite restaurants. DO BETTER FOR $250 A NIGHT HOTEL BURBANK.

Second time I stay here, the property is clean and the staff is amazing. My sons phone would not charge and they offered to charge for us at front desk. They helped give us directions and tell us about restaurants near by. Large shopping center that is walking distance with movie theater and plenty of options for dining. Would definitely recommend .
