The property was great for our needs. Our room 202 seemed to be missing a sofa or chair for the size. We also didn't have hand or wash towels. Overall great stay!

I’ve stayed at this facility many times over the last three years but this time it seemed to be a little run down. Additionally, my room was invaded by ants all over the bathroom. Until there are some upgrades to their facility I will probably look to stay elsewhere on my next trip to Ontario.

We did not get our room cleaned and had to ask to have the lock on our door fixed twice but it did not get done before we checked out. Also, we did not have plugs that worked regarding the charging of our computer and phones. They we very loose and the plugs would not hold our cords, Otherwise the staff was very kind and helpful.

The first impression was fine, but when we walked to our room on the second floor the carpets were in terrible need of cleaning, and we worried the room would be the same. The room was much better. We enjoyed the restaurant and the staff. It was just surprising to see that the carpets were so dirty. It wasn’t that they need replacement, just regular cleaning.
