Great customer service! Nicest Holiday Inn I've been in. Maintenance man, Charles, needs a big raise to meet his value:) He took time out to help me with my Grandma's antique lamp before I passed it on to my cousin. Thank you, Charles! You're kind and attentive costumer service is very rare.

We got a suite with 2 beds... the suite was disgusting, (too bad, I didn't take pictures) the bathroom was not well maintained, it seemed they gave us the last disgusting room they had. The hallways were dirty, and the keys hardly EVER WORKED!! WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!
