The iron was broken and even though I requested for a working iron, but the staff never brought an iron that worked. Also, they put me in a handicapped room even though I am not handicapped. There were Cobb webs in the window facing and the heater did not work. I reported it, but I had to sleep in my robe because the room was soooo Cold. The rooms are outdated and old looking. I will not ever stay at a Hilton again.

We are in our 70’s and we like brighter lighting for reading. The shower water pressure was weak. Other than that we enjoyed our accommodations and liked the coffee maker made excellent coffee. Staff was great and would return.
