Our check in experience was fabulous. The girls were over the top friendly and courteous! Not so much upon check out the young man acted like I was an inconvenience as he has to stop visiting with another young man. All the other hotel staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. ie..cleaning and maintenance. Your hotel is always clean, they serve a great breakfast and is very close to our family. This is why we choose to stay at your hotel. 😊

Problems in River City!!!!!
Only one elevator works. Bathtub dripped constantly. Had call front desk to have light bulb replaced twice. Noisy hallway and noise from above. At breakfast, coffee was empty. Asked front desk about more coffee and was not done before we left for the day. We have stayed here before and service was much better!

Everything about this hotel was terrible with the exception of Micheal at the, front desk. It smells everywhere. The lobby like cleaning chemicals and I can't even describe the other smells. The manager was rude. The AC is the rooms are so loud you can't sleep. It's awful. Hilton should take thier name off this property. It should be called a Motel. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Nice enough stay
Our hotel room was clean. The bathroom a little small but clean. It comes with a hair dryer. Plus for me. Dog friendly, which we brought our dog. Inside the hotel is very clean. The outside however you need to watch out fir dog poo everywhere. Owners are not responsible. But the grounds people have to keep it cleaner. Someone needs to pick up the poop. The hotel has a pet station with poop bags, so there's no excuse. Getting back to the room, the heater worked on and off which was disappointing. Our room faced the parking lot so revved engines were not so nice, but that's not the hotel's fault. The staff is super nice and accommodating. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. It was a decent stay.
