This place would’ve got 5 stars except for the fact that you have to schedule your housekeeping a day in advance. We even talked to the housekeeper that cleans our floor and they indicated they had time to clean our room. It’s only when I went to the front desk they acted all bougie about it. Really poor customer service from the front desk and what’s the point of texting me when you take hours to reply. Not good!

Staff we encountered were very courteous, friendly, and helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds await guests. The complimentary breakfast included hot as well as cold fare, and we were impressed by a "relax" sign in the bathroom which assured guests they could ask for toiletry items they may have forgotten to pack. Shuttle service was readily available and efficient. Guest needs are thoroughly addressed at Hampton Inn! Appreciated the great rate for the quality provided.

This hotel is in a nice location. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only issues we had at all were either very minor (eg running out of plates at breakfast) or due to others staying there (noisy very early upstairs). Definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel was nice & clean, but our room was missing the bathroom door. The front desk staff was not friendly and gave us different information about how our room would br (or wouldn't be) cleaned..I still don't know for sure what's the deal with that is.

Great location! You can walk to great shops and restaurants and there’s a free shuttle to and from the airport
It was October they had the cutest decorations in the lobby, and this is what they did in our room!!!
Way to go getting rid of plastic!!! These bottles of PATH water are in the room

We found it comfortable. I was amazed how quiet it was. The only problem was there were drain flies, but we put a hand wipe over the sink each time we weren’t using it, and it eliminated the problem. We were too busy too change rooms and we were happy with the room so we dealt with the drain flies. They were small and not very many.

It was quiet and comfortable. Our room was not as clean as it could have been. There was an old hair tie in the bathroom and dried ketch up on the desk. But we would definitely come back because it was so convenient and quiet.
