Not bad, not great.
We chose this for proximity to the Kia Forum, and I guess it was worth it just from that. You will not feel at home. Our room was non-smoking but there was still a bit of a smoking scent. Weirdly, the bed was a metal frame like made from filing cabinet material and it would make a sound with every sudden movement. So, sleeping was a little uncomfortable. Aside from the bed, the rest of the furniture needs updating. Very quiet in terms of other rooms and traffic. It's sufficient for a night of convenient stay, but nothing more. Lots of parking across the alleyway, but it felt a little sketch.

Friendly staff, great location. The hotel is clean and safe, although in a rough area. I would easily recommend though as the positives far outweigh any negative things.

Though the property looks like it might be sketchy, it felt safe to me once I got in. The front desk person was very nice and helpful, and the room was very(!) clean. It’s a dated facility and a little run down but for the price a totally fine option for an overnight layover.

Horrible inn
This hotel if you can call it that is basic 1*, with no amenities, pictures falsified, rusted room, tv does not work, bed squeaky.shower is full of rust that I could not take a shower. I cannot recommend this hotel and will never stay in a non franchised hotel again. I prefer to pay more to ensure healthy stay. This hotel should be removed from hotels site.

When we first arrived we didn’t know what to expect. From the outside it is a little outdated , but the inside is super clean and staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. One night the office men Latino with glasses very kinda and sweet was very helpful we really appreciate him made us feel really comfortable.

That about says it all, doesn’t it? It’s downright scary. Dirty, drunks, druggies. On the street, in the common areas. The place has a smell too. It was truly terrifying. I was caught in the crowdstrike and my flight was cancelled with an early flight the next day. Should have just slept in the airport. It was terrifying.
