It’s a Motel 6 feel. The bed is extremely hard, the pillows are flat, and there are limited channels and I mean limited on tv. Staff not friendly and welcoming. Will not stay here again.

The property is clean and room is spacious . The surrounding area is ordinary and a few kilometres from the hotel along Century Boulevard has a rubbish bin that’s not being kept tidy . The actual hotel building itself though old is presented well .

You get what you pay for. Bad area. Bad property. Many homeless people hang out in the parking lot. If you experience the bad area and bad hotel, this is it.

Perfect No Frills LAX Find
The staff was great. It was a very no frills place with a nice sized fridge/freezer in the room. There was an earthquake while I was there and nothing fell haha. Super close to the Forum and great view of planes landing at LAX without the noise.
