This was my third time staying here, but unfortunately my last. After paying close to $300 in hotel & fees via Expedia for two nights, I got charged another $13.98 by the hotel and wasn't told upfront or given any explanation for the fee (even after inquiring). I thought when I was handing over my credit card, it was solely for the refundable deposit. But I was charged this amount on the day I checked in. I also requested a specific room I like, but was told someone requested it for the second night (not there on the first night I was staying), so I couldn't have it. This is a motel - not a high end hotel - shouldn't it be first come, first serve as the request policy states. On the day of check out, house keeping came banging on the door at 11:03, front desk called at 11:04, & house keeping came banging again at 11:06. I needed a few min extra to get out (was rushing) & told them, but they still kept hounding - delaying me more. I was out by 10 after and will never be back. Between hidden charges, a bad room, and banging on the door - I'll go elsewhere.
