Overnight stay for BD banquet. Arrived at 1130, was told check in is 3 or else I have to pay extra. I was ok to wait. While waiting for my ride, front desk person got into a verbal argument with guests outside 2nd floor hallway. 20 mins later the outcome was for guests to receive refund so they can leave. I returned to check in, same person at front desk. Btw, the door is always locked, you rang the doorbell and he came out somewhere, always on his cell phone. Anyway, was given a room but when I open the doors there was another guest in it. Was given second room, but floor below sink and in bathroom were wet. We found out it was not from a leak, but when they mopped the floor it had not dry yet. When we came back from dinner, the motel was prett full. The noise from Rosemead Blvd is pretty loud all night. Plus Temple City is infested with wild perokeets that they do not stop even at night. Will try another place next time. Oh yeah, in the evening I happened to get something from car, there was a police car parked in front of office for about 20 mins…. The room looks like what was shown. Looks like recently remodeled but unfortunately poorly managed or under staffed.
