1. OUR ROOM IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. 2. The glass window, lamps, bathroom corners and AC vent are dirty. 3. The hallway is dirty and has unpleasant odor, fishy smell all the time. 4. The elevator is dirty. 5. The hotel interior is extremely outdated. 6. Staff was polite.

The staff here were very nice and I appreciate it being to close to stores and restaurants. The only complaint I had was how noisy it was. We were on the second floor and we could constantly hear the door slammed underneath us. It made it hard to sleep. Otherwise, great experience.

When we first arrived a little after 7PM there was a sign that they were on break so they’d be back at 7:40 we had our luggage so we had to go back and put everything away. We arrived back around 8PM and the hallways are very dirty, very outdated plqce period and we found 2 cockroaches in the room. Good thing we only needed to sleep for the night and left early but not somewhere I would ever return.

Only issue was my ac was not cooling, I did not request anything to be done because I was tired and it was late. I’m sure they would have accommodated me had I requested. Staff is very efficient and friendly.
