“Extended Stay America’ Take Pride in Properties”
I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but in my 55 years, I've never encountered a hotel as awful as this one. As soon as we entered, our eyes began itching and our noses started running—it was bizarre, to say the least. Outside, people were loitering, smoking right at the entrance, and there were dog feces everywhere. The bedding was gross, clearly not changed between guests. I could go on, but the one bright spot was the receptionist, who deserves five stars. Despite the terrible working conditions, she was incredibly nice and helpful, doing her best to stay positive. It's a shame that Extended Stay doesn't put in the same effort and quality as their receptionist. If they mirrored her dedication, they could have a great hotel. She deserves to work somewhere that takes as much pride in their establishment as she does in her job.

Grotesque unsanitary Smell of urine in hallways
The room was bare bones. Not very clean. As soon as we came in we saw the dink was clogged with about 3 inches of dirty water. Called the front desk (very nice clerk) came with rags and drain cleaner. Saud was all that could be done as there is no maintenance crew. Said in an hour we should run hit water to flush it. Later we dod and the water was still kot draining. We looked again before going to sleep and the si k waa about to overflow. Ot was coming up from the drain! Called again said best they could do was to move us and only available toom was a king. We booked 2 beds becauae we were traveling with our child. Said they'd get a rollaway bed. The bext room was even dirtier. Theshlves in the frudge were broken. There was poop in the toilet stuck to the bowl from whoever dtayed there before. It was just awful. But it was nearly midnight and we needed sleep . The rollaway bed finally came and it was not a bed that was a torture device. Metal springs with a civer essentially and no support. If you lay on it it compressed down the the wire bottom. This is the worst stay we've had. Aside from the front deak crew who were each lovely even with the crap they have to deal with. Whoever owns this place needs to invest in more staff and making these rooms livable.this was horrendous. Or and the trash rooms awful all the hallways reek of urine. Trash in the elevators.

Felt like staying in a full time residence not "Extended stay". Check in was delayed due to incident in parking lot that took counter attendant away. So not the best first impression. Pet friendly shouldn't be dog poop around entrance.

It was a terrible experience from the minute we arrived to the time we left. Breakfast was a joke... they ran out of everything! No ice, no shampoo or conditioner, and no supplies in the kitchenette. The place smells dingy, and there was adrugged up guy running around screaming nearby! I think it's a low income housing facility. I would give it a 0 rating if possible.

Worst stay ever!!!
Hotel is out dated and not very clean, our original room someone smoked in it so we were up graded to a larger room with kitchen and fold out couch which was absolutely disgusting they hadn't cleaned it for ever it looked like, to get clean towels we had to bring our used towels to the front desk and then we were givin clean ones. They also said they only clean your room once a week or after your stay I hope.... Also there was no breakfast like was advertised!! Had I read anything like this in a review I would have stayed down the street and Best Western!!

Bad night in San Dimas
Bathroom was dirty and there was mold in the ceiling. Carpeting was dirty and horrible. There were no cups for coffee in the morning, nor were there any muffins or pastries. My daughter and I were very disappointed. When I hear Extended Stay, I think of a clean room and that is not what we experienced.

The breakfast they offered (as was advertised) was a basket with Nutrigrain Bars in it. There was no coffee at all. Tried to get a coffee maker for the room (so could buy my own filters and grounds) but they were all out. There was just a sheet as a cover, had to ask for blankets. No toiletries in the room so asked for shampoo and conditioner and soap - they were out of conditioner and gave us the last bar of soap. We were there for 2 nights.

The property outside really needs a good cleaning (high pressure wash) especially around the doors. (I am a non-smoker) The hotel should provide more ash containers; cigarette butts all over the grounds. Benches to sit on at the pet area would be a nice add. There is a nice area right in the front, would be great if there were benches or table and chairs to sit and enjoy one's coffee. Our room could have been cleaner, we had to wipe down both bed side tables; spilled something was all over and super sticky, yuck. The outside of the refrigerator was super sticky as well. The staff is very nice and helpful. The one thing that bugged me is I called a day ahead and asked if it was possible to check in early and I was told call back the morning of our arrival to so they could tell if there was going to be any early check outs also, they could prioritize a cleaning for us. I did as instruct and was told flat NO, no just a moment let me check, just NO. We arrived after 1:00pm walked into the Lobby and there was a staff member who greeted us. I asked If it was possible to check in early and again no let me look just a flat NO come back at 3:00pm "Thats check in". The fact that the excuse was the rooms were not clean yet obviously shows they were not truthful because we had to clean the nightstands, refrigerator and stove ourselves. We have stayed here many times in the past, going to have a rethink on accommodations for next time.
