The great room is home to a luxurious plush sectional with views of the Japanese garden-inspired yard, framed by sliding glass doors to encourage nature to step inside. A gas fireplace takes the chill off cool evening, after you’ve grilled up a healthy meal on the natural gas barbeque and enjoyed dining al fresco.

Modern finishes, clean lines, natural light, native plants, and warm tones welcome you to kick off your shoes and get grounded

A fully equipped chef’s kitchen sporting stain-less steel appliances, you’ll have everything to cook to your heart’s desire.

Friends and family for UCLA weekend
This is a lovely house with new furnishings and a lot of potential. However, we paid for early check in and no one seemed to know we did this until I inquired in the morning. They said they had a late furniture delivery which caused delay in cleaning. This should have been conveyed prior to our inquiry. I’ve been trying to get refund for my early check in fee and they said we were able to drop luggage early so that meant we had early access. We couldn’t get in the house early and our luggage was in the drive way where anyone in neighborhood could take so I had to stay sitting by it while my less than happy husband left to explore. After that unfortunate check in we did enjoy the house. They need more kitchen supplies if people expect to cook there. No garbage baskets in bathrooms. No kitchen towels. Etc. etc.

Not as advertised, worn down house, no internet and no communication Worst stay ever
This is the worst stay ever. This place is not worth a penny and i dont suggest anyone to here for the following reasons: 1. We walked in and there was dog poop around the whole back yard and the cleaners were still there after our check in time. 2.the thermostat was not there either. Thats fine we told him and he had a homeless guy walk in to the house and puts the thermostat in. 3. We asked for internet access and he never answered us. 4. We go to use the washer snd there wad dirty towels in there we washed and guess what the whole room flooded with water Now we dont have a place to sleep the kids. We had to carry the mattress up two stories to sleep our kids because the owner didnt respond to us at all or came to fix it. All the furniture is disgusting and dirty not yo mention that the chairs are loose and vwry dangerous. This house is undergoing some remodeling by some unprofessional people that is doing an extremly poor job. I wish i can post pictures for people to see. DO NOT LEASE THIS PLACE EVEN FOR CHEAP. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
