The rooms are very clean and renovated. The staff is very friendly. This is my to go place everytime when i am in the city. Reasonable prices . Would highly recommend the hotel

Roaches welcomed me in. I should have read the reviews before booking. Looks like they reply to all the roach reviews with stating they have started to fix the problem but I doubt they ever would and also I am sure they have rats because there are cats all over the property and it smells like cat piss on the stairs to the second floor.

I recently stayed at Express Inn and Suites for a brief visit and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a short stay. The location was very convenient, close to Ontario Mills and the Convention Center, which made it perfect for my plans. Though my stay was brief, the experience was smooth and enjoyable.I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

It was a terrible experience the hotel sheets had stains on the sheets with seem to be blood and there was hair on the pillows and the last straw was a big roach in the bathroom we left that same night and I’m currently awaiting my refund
