The house has been re-engineered to provide a gorgeous open flowing living space. The kitchen and every appliance in the home is new, and comes equipped with all of the latest smart hardware.
With its own keyless entrance, the house comfortably sleeps up to 12 with 2 king beds 2 queen beds, one pull out sofa in the office, an air mattress as well as a pack n play travel crib for the little ones:) The kitchen is stocked and includes dish washer as well as laundry and dryer. Wifi, Cable (roku) A/C, heat and wifi of course are all included.
You will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible including soaps, shampoo fresh towels, 4 large tvs, coffee, iron, hair dryer, laundry facilities and more.
This home is pet friendly and check in and out are very simple with free private parking, 2 gates for privacy for up to 6 cars, no street parking is necessary although there is also free street parking for additional guests if needed.
The home is located in wonderful Valley Village and is very close to great shopping, restaurants and is also within minutes of all major freeways to get you anywhere you need to go while in LA.
The entire house is accessible and totally private.

This wonderful pocket of Valley Village is on the border of both Sherman Oaks and Studio City, so it's really in the middle of everything. The neighborhood is very family oriented, extremely quiet, and pleasant. It is close to shops and restaurants. You have easy access to 101, 170, and 405 freeways so getting around the LA area is very easy and the home is close to everything.
The Property has 2 motorized gates for your convenience and depending on the size of your vehicles can accommodate up to 5-6 cars so its just a matter of pulling the car right up to the home for a fully private, gated experience.
As far as public transport there is the metro bus that is about 3-4 minute walk.

• The owners normally live on this property and gladly rent it when they are away. During your stay, you will have full access to the property for yourself and your guests. All we ask is that you treat the house with the same respect as you would your own, in accordance with the house rules.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Our cleaning team needs enough time to prepare for the next guests or owners.
• Late check-out must be approved in advance. Unapproved late check-out will incur a $150 fee.
• Operating hours are 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. For emergencies outside these hours, feel free to contact us. Non-urgent concerns will be addressed the following day.
• Jacuzzi use and heating:
- Jacuzzi use: $50
• Jacuzzi/Hot tub rules:
- No pets in the hot tub.
- Kids must be supervised at all times.
- Non-potty-trained children must wear waterproof swim diapers.
- Report any accidents immediately to avoid further damage.
• Do not remove pool hoses, vacuums, or equipment—this can damage the system.
• Outdoor security cameras are in use for your safety. No indoor cameras. Guests may not move or tamper with cameras.
• No smoking inside the home or in patios. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine.
• No drugs of any kind.
• Drink responsibly.
• Please handle all furniture, décor, and house items with care. Use coasters and provided table protectors—especially on wood furniture.
• This is a quiet residential neighborhood:
- Quiet hours begin at 8:00 PM.
- No loud music, amplified sound, or live performances.
• No parties allowed. Violation will result in a $4,000 fine and/or eviction.
• No unregistered or unannounced guests. Each unauthorized guest is subject to a $400 fee and/or eviction.
• Do not access the guest house or any off-limits areas that are not included in your reservation.
• Filming, photoshoots, or productions must be pre-approved. Unauthorized productions are subject to a $4,000 fine and/or eviction.
• Pet policy (if applicable):
- Pets allowed with prior approval.
- Pet fee: $60 per pet, maximum of 2 pets
- Please clean up after your pet.
• Maintenance visits occur regularly (e.g., gardener on Mondays, pool technician on Wednesdays). Guests may not deny them access.
• Turn off all lights, close and lock all doors/windows when leaving or checking out.
• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
• If you leave an item behind, we will try to coordinate its return but cannot guarantee it.
• Violation of house rules will result in a $500 fine per incident. Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
