I was pleasantly surprised that the room was on par with the photos online. Check-in/out was hassle free, although the staff weren't rude, they weren't exactly welcoming either. No biggie, though; I want there to make friends. Only "ick" about the room was the strong chemical cleaner smell. I had to air the room out for about a half an hour.

The rooms smell really clean and very spacious. As soon as I checked in the couple in the room next to me was very loud and were arguing. I immediately grabbed my things and went to the front desk to let them know my concerns and the receptionist moved me without question. I really appreciated the accommodation. I usually stay at this place once or twice a month when I travel for work. I love the private parking, how clean the rooms are and smell, and how spacious ever they are. There’s food places across and down the street both ways everything is walkable and the neighborhood seems pretty calm. I’ve walked down the street to Carl’s Jr after dark and felt pretty safe. Location is great, rooms are great, parking is great.

Honestly was surprised loved the blankets on the bed! They also do daily house keeping when you are/are not there so don’t leave your panties on the floor 😂

If was ok. First room smelled like cigarettes even though it did say it was a non smoking room . Showed a second room and it smelled even more . We’re give a bigger room and it was fine . There was a cracked counter and the room lighting was not that great . Just a place to stop by to sleep for cheap.

I flew into LAX to meet up with a friend for a concert. We didnt want to pay for a fancy room since we were checking in around 5pm and were leaving for our hometown of Ojai early the next day and would be at the concert that night. The room was clean and we felt safe. Owners were very nice upon check-in & check-out.

Great service but we had a non smoking room and could smell weed in our room after we arrived back from our event. We used it just to sleep so it worked well for us other than that.
