I love this place I come and stay because my family lives very close. Sometimes it can get a little overwhelming because one of the elevators doesn’t work during check out. Some of the rooms need major upgrades. It does take a while to get something to your room like towels & such. I was checking in & some rude customer was yelling at the front desk personal. She almost cried but took it very professional. I believe they do run short on personal. But I guess you have to be patient. I will still come back and stay here.

The facility is great and the location is perfect of any reason or event. But i work for a mattress company and found bed to be very uncomfortable.
