Great location and very quiet. However, heater in room did not work and was not repaired even after we reported it. And carpets were very dirty. I dropped a little water on the carpeting and used the bath map to sop it up. Much to my surprise, when I lifted the bath mat is was filthy with dirt it had picked up from the floor!

The property is fairly nice, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Our biggest complaint is that the only restaurant in the hotel has fewer than 20 tables. The staff worked their tails off trying to keep things moving, but it just was’t enough to make up for the lack of tables. There is ample space in the area to accommodate more tables which would make everything run more smoothly.

We booked this hotel because of its free shuttle service to our cruise ship. When we checked in we were told that the time we wanted transportation was all full. We were told that they could get us there 1 hour after our boarding time. Also, this is a pet friendly hotel. There was a dog barking across the hall when we got to our room and 2 more in the lobby.

Wonderful staff! Professional, efficient and friendly. The interior needs to be refreshed. Restaurant staff were not friendly and were not organized. Because of this we chose to go outside the hotel for our meals.

The staff at this hotel was bad frount desk the bartender was one of the worst hotel bartender I've ever seen they took is to the ship 2hr early we got this hotel because of the shuttle service way to much money fir no service
