When we first got there they had lost our reservation so we ended up having to reserve a different room with 1 less bed than we asked for. Then the room itself had stains everywhere and so many ants

Stayed here for two nights as it was close to Irwindale Speedway and Wyndhams are generally great hotels. This is literally one of the saddest hotels I've ever stayed at. Beyond the staff being rude or non-existent, the facilities needs to be completely overhauled. Every wall had either a hole in it, or an extremely poorly repaired patch job and touchup paint that didn't match. The air conditioning worked, but every 5-10 minutes it made a horrible zapping noise from inside it. The showers only have half doors and get water everywhere, even when trying to be tidy, oh and no replacement towels. And the icing on the cake, bugs. So many bugs. The rooms were infested with ants. Had them in our bed, all the counter tops and the fridge. Then the cockroaches running around outside the room felt very fitting. Spend the $20 more a night and stay somewhere else.

Terrible smell walking in. Ceiling was terribly repaired and rusted, very ugly. The bedding was dirty, and stained. There was white powder on the bed frame. The couch onside was sinking in towards the middle. I couldnt get a refund cause their policy. There is not enough parking so I was asked to park in a no parking fire lane, and a gentleman that arrived when I did parked in handicapped

First room the assigned had beds that were not made Second room and my only other choice has mildew and mold all over the bathroom walls and the main room ceiling had parts that were falling off

Everything went smoothly except the electric car chargers were not free and I couldn't get them to work even after downloading their app. Employees didn't know how to use them either.
