1) Arriving at the home with more guests than you booked, including babies and small children, violates the House Rules. If you arrive with more guests than you booked, the reservation must be changed to reflect the proper number of guests before you will be allowed to check-in.
2) Please leave the place neat and clean before leaving. This includes taking out the trash during your stay, and before checking out. Please wash any dishes that you use. Place all towels in the bathroom.
3) Check in is anytime after 4pm, please communicate your arrival time. Please don't arrive early without prior notice.
4) No smoking in the house.
5) Please turn off AC/Heating when you are not in the house.
6) This is a quiet neighborhood, so guests are expected to enjoy the peaceful environment. Nothing loud that will disturb the neighbors. Quite time is 9pm-7am.
7) No eating in the bedrooms
8) No pets, no parties / events (unless cleared by Vacation-Aide LLC first!)
9) No illegal activity, including marijuana. The smell is horrible.
10) No shoes in the house. Please take them off when waking around.
