About the Home:
This contemporary remodel boasts over 3700 square feet of indoor living space, plus an additional 20,000 square feet outside in a park-like setting. The home is expertly designed and decorated with cathedral ceilings, new appliances, and beautiful natural light.

In addition to the luxe indoor space, the sweeping outdoor area is a huge draw to this private property. It features a swimmer’s pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, multiple lounging areas, and a fire pit. Lush vegetation surrounds the area with fruit trees and rose bushes offering a sense of privacy and seclusion; usually hard to find in a central location with easy access to most attractions.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Each of the three grand bedrooms is equipped with upscale furniture, understated decor, and distinctive lighting fixtures to create a soothing ambiance all day. Each room features comfortable king-size mattresses, soft linens, plush pillows, and well-appointed ensuite bathrooms.

The primary bedroom offers spacious living quarters, a massive wall-mounted smart TV, a fireplace, a large walk-in closet, and a private balcony. The private bathroom is nearly as generous as the bedroom and features a huge walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.

The second bedroom also has a large wall-mounted smart TV and a private balcony. The sleek ensuite bathroom boasts a shower/tub combo.

The third bedroom embodies simple elegance in the predominantly white space with bedside lamps perfect for bedtime reading. The room includes a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.

An additional full bathroom is off the main living area that shares the same lavish style as the rest of the home.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The modern kitchen is an ideal space for entertaining, with a Viking double oven and refrigerator, island with seating, soft close cabinetry, and French doors throughout. Just across the way, you’ll find the dining nook, complete with a large wooden dining table with seating for eight.

The elegant lounge area features cathedral ceilings and beautiful natural light. It is the perfect place to kick up your feet and relax. Sprawl out on the large sectional sofa as you stream your favorite shows on the wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV, or admire the tropical fish swimming by in the large aquarium that backs the sofa.

OUTDOOR AREA
The outdoor living space is a masterpiece in itself, a massive 20,000-square-foot area surrounded by vegetation, giving you privacy and seclusion in the center of the city.

Spend your days relaxing by the pool, soaking in the spa, or working on your tan from one of the loungers. There’s an outdoor kitchen, bar seating, multiple relaxation zones, an outdoor shower, and a fire pit - all the amenities you want on vacation, plus much more!

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire home, the interior with its high-end features, and the pool and spa area to use at your leisure. Enjoy fun movies with fast WiFi throughout the house.

Note that the property is situated on a hilly spot, and guests may need to climb stairs to access certain areas around the home.
