I was very upset waiting 1 hour and half 😒 for the shuttle bus, 12 miles from the airport. The dispatch phone was NOT working and calling the hotel did NOT help. I ask to speak with a manager when I got to the hotel. They were not listening and didn't offer comp breakfast. This was NOT a good look for Cambria. I have stayed with you twice this summer, and I will be traveling later this year and 2025. I hope you can get it better soon!

We had a late flight in that landed at 8:30. The shuttle is a shuttle that services many of the smaller hotels. We did not get to board the shuttle until 10:00 pm. We got to the Hotel at 10:30 pm. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were told there was not a room available, but would have one in 20 minutes. They were waiting for a large group of flight attendants to check out. We were asked if we wanted on a wait list. There was nothing else we could do. We didn’t get into the room until midnight. This hotel obviously caters to airlines and not tourists. They didn’t apologize or anything. The hotel room was clean and cute. Very small. The bathroom was kinda dirty. The towels were mismatched. The shower didn’t drain and was really slick. The restaurant was ok and the service was so so. I really don’t understand why this hotel has such a high rating. My advice, don’t stay here if you are a tourist. And Expedia was no help and seemed to care less that we didn’t have a room.

This is a great hotel,beds are comfortable and its in a great location a short uber ride takes you to some of the best restaurants in LA and LAX is super close. the team are great too.

Vanity lights or safe didn’t work. House keeping threw away personal item after I was told they don’t come into the room unless requested which we didn’t. Offered no compensation when brought to their attention. One of the service desk staff was very kind and helpful but the rest were rude and useless.

I was there for 4 days I got a room in top floor that was really noisy because on top of the room was an AC unit for the hotel working all the time, the staff was really helpful and they changed the room 2 days after, overall the stay was good and pleasant

Double booking triple disappointment
The general manager double booked our room and made us wait almost 30 minutes for us to clean the room. The receptionist was as friendly as can be but I am severely disappointed. As long as this establishment is double booking rooms, exhausting their employees causing them to quit, I will never return and use them again

Clean and comfortable
For the most part our stay was enjoyable. The rooms are clear, comfortable and quiet. The shower is great, but one major design flaw, water sprays all over the bathroom floor resulting in the shower mat being soaked. The Hanger restaurant is “OK” nothing to get too excited over. There are better options not too far away. The pool and exercise areas looked nice, didn’t use either. The complimentary airport shuttle is a nice service. Overall, I would rate this hotel 8/10.
