Receptionist not so accommodating, the guy who assisted me i asked for a receipt but he said its expedia who will send me since i booked from there, no more further explanation but then i paid at the hotel so its supppsed to be from them. There's a lot of better hotel with great staff, not worth it! Im sorry but this is based from my experience!

Very pretty, clean. But there is no carpeting. Therefore, when my upstairs neighbor rolled her chair or luggage across the floor and had sex at all hours of the night, I heard everything clearly. The Bluetooth mirrors were cool, but I sang along to all the songs my upstairs neighbor played. I got very little sleep because of her.

Stayed with kids no pool but did have an outdoor area with games. The room and hotel were clean. My snout 15-20 mins away from universal. Around the hotel there wasn’t much food places to eat. You do need to pay for parking and deposit is $200. There was dinning available in the hotel but didn’t try it. I would stay here again

Shiny and new, so the rooms are nice and there is a clean, minimalist aesthetic, but there are no amenities. No room service, no housekeeping until after the 3rd night and no pool in extremely hot Burbank. If you’re in the Burbank area of a few days, it’s a solid, clean option north of the airport but nothing special.

Amazing hotel with comfy, dark rooms! This was a clean and comfortable hotel. They even offered corn hole and an outdoor fire pit for the evenings. The room had a fridge and all the things you need.

The property presents nice enough and the staff were mostly friendly, not super knowledgeable on the area or getting places which was disappointing. Uber is crazy expensive in California, I was hoping to use public transit, but it wasn’t easy and didn’t go anywhere I needed to from the hotel. No schedules available or anyone to speak with, it makes it challenging for someone who isn’t familiar with area. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. Our room was never restocked or cleaned while we were gone all day. I couldn’t care less about the bed being made, but garbage emptied, dry towels and coffee restocked didn’t happen. I had to go to the front desk for everything I needed. Which included shampoo and soap since the refill wasn’t refilled before we checked in. The restaurant has weird hours and it’s hard to find staff. They seem very short staffed and that’s poor management and definitely not the working staffs fault. Most of my disappointment lies in how this place is run. Also, our shower door just stopped shutting a little more each day, this place is nice enough in the outside, but has some serious issues.
