My loft is located in a quiet neighborhood just one walking minute from Venice Blvd. Venice Beach and Abbott Kinney are just a short bike ride away. My neighborhood has plenty of street parking which is extremely uncommon for this area.

This is a detached loft from my primary home. You will have a separate entrance and complete privacy.

Transit information will be provided after booking.

Please let me know if you would like to have the couch converted into an additional bed. Please note that both the couch bed and loft bed will be located in the same room. Only the bathroom has a separate door within the space.

If you would like to use the bicycles please let know when you make your reservation.

Multiple Motion Sensors and Occupancy Sensors are used throughout the home for home automation purposes. For example, the lights will turn automatically to welcome you upon arrival and you can control the smart home with your voice via Apple HomePod.
