Very standard hotel, nothing to note of issue. The free breakfast is a good way to save some money on a meal if that's something of concern, the room was standard, simple toiletries, did like the outdoor hot tub. Would return!

Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable. My family stayed here for 2 nights and all 4 of our backs were sore afterwards. Also, tissues were not available even after we asked. Also, the breakfast was not great. The waffles and Nutella made it edible. Coffee was okay too.

I use this hotel when I need to be in Pasadena early for business and want to avoid morning commute. I arrive at night and the parking lot is a bit sketchy at that time so I just go to my room and stay there. There is plenty of parking, room is clean and it is quiet. It is a very basic room and nothing fancy. The price is very reasonable. Morning breakfast is very nice and the morning staff is very friendly.

This hotel offers great value
Staff are always helpful, efficient and friendly. My room was very clean. This is an old property, and so everything in the room reflects that. Breakfast is free, and there’s a good variety of foods there. Coffee was very good. The location is convenient for me; just off the 210 freeway and 25 minutes from Burbank airport in good traffic, and there are plenty of restaurants within 10 min drive. There’s a Sprouts within walking distance. This is my “go to” hotel whenever I’m in LA on business. It’s not fancy, but safe and comfortable enough for me.
