The room I got was extremely dirty, it had a strong urine odor, the bedsheets and blankets were stained and had hairs on them. The pillows smelled like sweat. The shower had hairs on the walls and floors as well. When I shared my concerns with the staff he told me everything was booked and that there’s nothing he could do. I asked for a clean pair of bedsheets which smelled like clean but they were also stained and one of them was ripped. I was a female solo traveler that night and had a long drive, it was also getting late so I didn’t want to go through the hustle of getting a new hotel in LA. The personal was friendly but I had to sleep in a dirty room with a pee smell on it. :( One positive thing was that there was enough parking space.

Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Friendly reception; easy check in! Even offered cold water bottle on a very hot day. Very clean and plenty of towel and hot water. Nice fridge and microwave.
