So disappointed!
We had a management crew of three staying at the house. We let the owner know that we were having issues with the heater not shutting down and the rooms getting to sauna level heat. She asked that we document everything and send it to maintenance which I immediately did. I sent a detailed list including the property not being clean, dirty sheets, non opening windows, broken blinds and a host of other things. Two of the managers refused to stay and went to hotels due to the problems with the heater. I never heard back from maintenance or the owner on anything. They never came and never repaired any of it. What an expensive mistake.

Comfortable getaway
Nice house with many amenities. The fourth bedroom is in a separate backhouse on the property. Some better basic maintenance, like replacing burnt out lightbulbs and the toilets running if not manually stopped, would have made the stay even better. It would have been better to know that the pool and jacuzzi are not heated except by request and with an additional fee charged for a minimum of two days use.

Great House
This property is a gem. The house has such beautiful character and enough beds to sleep a large group comfortably. The host was responsive and made our stay easy and great!
