Nice quaint stay!!
This aparmtent was the perfect size for our friends trip. Location was perfect for where we needed to go. Super clean and comfy all the amenities were perfect as well. Would definitely stay again!!!

Very convenient location
The place has been completely updated, it was very good and comfortable. Central to shopping, Burbank airport, Downtown is close. Surprisingly it is a pretty active area, lists of people out and cars. It’s an older area but has character.

Disappointed and disgusted
As I walked into the unit it smelled like wet dog! My allergies kicked and as I looked around the couch was stained in several places and started bleaching the floors in an effort to help make the stay more pleasant. The water from cleaning the floors instantaneously turned BLACK!!! To top everything off there were AC units in the bedrooms and the AC in the unit had been installed in the kitchen. Amidst all of this the battery on the door lock stopped workind and had to leave the unit unsecured which caused for the loss of the rental of my car key which also cost $$$. Not pleasant and the owner made no effort to address my concern about cleanliness. I should be paid a fee for the amount of cleaning I did! I even washed the pillows and covers on the couch!!!

Stay in Glendale
My first visit to Glendale with a pleasant house for 12 days. Very clean. Communication with the managers were good. They always answered within 5 minutes when I needed something. And were also friendly people. The house had the perfect location. All the attractions of Glendale were within 10 minutes of the house. Thank you!

Gruesome smell that pervades the entire apartment.
This place has a putrid odor that did not resolve throughout our whole stay. We thought it came from the bathroom, but honestly were wary of a dead animal or some type of animal droppings somewhere. I contacted the owner. They completely denied the smell, said housekeeping did not report it, and get this: When I tried to ask for compensation they did not even respond. I actually refunded my friend their part because I was so embarrassed. I told them that too! No response. Horrible. Embarrassing. Gross. I smelled it first thing in the morning. Nothing like first smell in the morning being totally putrid.

This property is closed to everything you need. There are great shopping options nearby. You also have a lot of places to eat to pick from. I needed to communicate with the host and he responded right away.
