About 1 mile from beach...easy walk with dining options along the way. Staff was nice and helpful. Would stay there again.

Everything was very nice and clean! Location was close to restaurants and only 10 ish minute from the cruise port. Never felt unsafe at any time and will stay here again before leaving out for my cruises!

The facility was clean but plain with few amenities, ie soap, shampoo, towels. The biggest thing was that coffee was not offered until 9 am and that was it, nothingelsewasoffered. I had to leave by 7 am each morning. Also, the "few" restaurants (1) also didn't open until 9 am and was only for breakfast and lunch. I couldn't afford the hotels down by the convention center so this worked. It was a1/2 mile to the center witch was a long way for my battery wheelchair and the streets had a lot of street people sleeping on the sidewalk in the late evenings when I traveled back to the motel.

Clean room, nice stay but the bed was not comfortable. Mattress was too hard. Like sleeping on hard floor. My back did not like me the next day.

It’s a cute little motel, I was able to check in early even when I only asked could they hold my bags so I could walk around. Even tho I got a smoking room, the room didn’t smell like an old funky motel smoking room. So cute such a perfect location.

This is a wonderful property. The owners and staff are friendly and lovely. Very convenient location. Great price! There is absolutely nothing wrong with this property whatsoever. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioner could work better, (in our room anyway). I know other reviews have complained about this. I have no complaints about noise or too much light coming through the window. If you are a light sleeper, then I guess you will not be comfortable anywhere other than your own home LOL
