We were given a handicapped room with "an excellent view" of the parking lot. We needes assistance getting the TV to work. The coffee maker was broken. The mirrors were not suitable for able bodied people. There were 3 shower heads: 1 didn't work, one worked poorly & the other pointed INTO the bathroom (no curtain) so the entire room gets wet. The floor is slanted to pour into the room. There’s no dresser/closet to put clothes in/on.

I stayed here for a couple of days. The area around it was fine and we felt safe. The bed was clean enough and the room was spacious. But you can tell the tables and fridge need to be wiped down. The most annoying problem was the lights!! It kept flickering and changing colors both in the bathroom and bedroom. We had checked in late like 11pm and they told us there were no other rooms available but they can change it tomorrow. The next day I went to see them, they said they were just going to fix the light. The bathroom light was fine that night but the bedroom one wasn’t fixed. The next day, the bathroom light was flickering again! I didn’t tell them this time because we were going to check out the next day and we were just there to sleep. I tried getting a discount because this was really bothersome but they said I couldn’t because I booked through Expedia. The staff was nice but the lights were the thing that was annoying. It’s crazy and weird how much it’s flickered.

Not as described!

The only thing that was acceptable in the room I was given. Was the bed sheets and pillowcases. My entire room smelled of cigarette smoke. It smell was so bad, that I had to sleep with the window completely open all night. I reserved a regular room for two and was given a handicap accessible room. The property manager also charged my card hours before I arrived. So I had no choice but to stay.
