Great location, easy check in, good communication from host.
We arrived quite late, to no parking, upstairs tenant had taken all the space, this was remedied the next day, and we never had further issues.
As with other reviews, there is a slight odd smell, but it didn't bother us that much, we never saw a single cockroach as previously reported.
The property is in need of some attention, cupboard doors hanging off in Kitchen, the kettle does not turn itself off once boiled, the mini oven top item, which we used a a toaster had no dial to set the timer, so we had to use a knife to turn it.
Whilst there is plenty of storage for clothes, we found them unusable, the doors were not hanging properly and when we tried to slide them, we felt the mirrors would shatter or the doors would literally come out of their runners. So we lived out of our suitcases.
It would have been nice to sit outside in the sun, but the back yard looked like it was having some sort of clearance for the small unit at the back, and it wasn't clear whether we could use this space.
We were very mindful of the upstairs tenant, the walls and floor were very thin, and we could hear his every single movement, including his regular 3.00 a.m. visit to the toilet.
This property is very spacious and with a little attention to remedy issues and maybe the decor, this place could be amazing.
We had a wonderful week, and even with all the above, we probably would stay again.
LA traffic sucks though...
