First floor: living room ( TV) with single sofa bed and dining area with kitchen, bathroom with shower. First floor: via a wooden staircase leads to a beautiful double bedroom with four-poster bed,TV.
A wood table with shadow structure is located in the garden at the ground floor for apartment use.

The apartment is located in Villa Casaforte resort, there are other 4 holiday apartment inside the villa that share the gardens and pool

Pool is located 30 mt from the entrance, there is a free private parking fenced inside the property.
Pets are not allowed.

Important:
* There is a deposit of 300€ to pay in cash at arrival, refundable at check out if no damage has been done to the apartment
* Pool is open from May to end September
* Laundry room available
* Tennis club in 400mt with one clay court (Not owned by us, but open)

For wine lovers:
The owner Claudio Vassanelli is from Valpolicella(Verona) where he produce fantastic wines, like Amarone and Ripasso. You can buy it at Villa reception at good prices, and compare it with Chianti wines.

Useful tips: All you need is located in Loro Ciuffenna, an incredible preserved village, far 2,5km. Markets, shops, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, bike rental, wine shops, bank, groceries, petrol station and pharmacy.
In Loro Ciuffenna there is also a visitable and working old mill where you can buy also their products. Great fun for kids and also adults.

In addition to normal turistic routes to the Chianti or Florence, Loro Ciuffenna area offers also day trips to Pratomagno mountain, with his hamlet, ruins, panoramic roads, mountain restaurants, old grocery shop and memorable views of Tuscany. The road to Pratomagno start from Loro Ciuffenna center and arrive to Croce del Pratomagno, where you can reach the highest peak (at the cross). Tuscan retreat
Nice property, great views, layout of the space is a little unique but manageable. Would have nice to include dishwasher tabs. Laundry facility is 50 meters away in seperate building. Listing included sauna, however was not able to access it. Property manager was nice and quickly responded to requests. Overall nice place and I will consider this as an option for next trip to Tuscan area.

Loro Ciuffenna - estate with AC and pool
Great place. Loro is a very cute town with about 8 restaurants. You will normally need reservations. The villa was very nice. Some apartments have stairs that could be a bit challenging for older parents/grandparents. We traveled every day from the villa about 45 mins away.

Tuscan Tranquility
Villa Casaforte is a beautiful property with lovely grounds, pool and views across the Tuscan countryside. It’s a fantastic place to relax and unwind yet close to Florence, Sienna and Arezzo for cultural day trips. You need a car to stay here but the nearby village of Loro Ciuffenna has everything you need, bakery, local shops, restaurants, gelato and pizzeria. The property manager Lucia looked after us so well. Enjoyed many amazing sunsets with a glass of wine. We’ll be back!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
This villa is the exact and perfect place when I think of what Tuscany should be. We took the apartment on the lower level, it has the best of modern conveniences with just the right amount of rustic. I don't know who did the remodel, but they did a fantastic job, it has air conditioning and what looks to be a brand new modern bathroom with everything you need. The welcome was very nice and even though the lady did not speak english, she was fantastic and very friendly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone that is looking for the most tranquil place to relax and unwind. The only thing that would have made it better is if the beautiful pool was heated, but that will not keep me from coming back. I am planning on coming back soon.

Absolutely exceptional!
My fiancé and I spent 4 days at Villa CasaForte celebrating our engagement. We left wishing we had scheduled more time for our stay. The property is beautiful and our time here was exceptional. This was one of the most beautiful places I've visited and I have traveled enough to know a gem when I see one. Tuscany is paradise but an accommodation as beautiful and as comfortable as Villa Casa Forte makes the experience so much more memorable. We stayed in the loft apartment. It was lovely and romantic. The kitchen was incredible and allowed for us to enjoy many beautiful home cooked meals. The supermarket in Montevarci was about a 20 min drive and had everything we needed....wine, meats, cheeses, produce and other readily available products at very reasonable prices. In the mornings we enjoyed espresso and breakfast outside on one of the picnic tables; throughout the day we relaxed by the pool and at night we savored dinner on our private patio overlooking the Tuscan hills and admiring the moon. I would 100% recommend staying here. If there was one slight improvement that could be made it would be that the matress in the loft suite was more comfortable. Otherwise everything was perfect and we dream of our return. Thank you Lucia for being a wonderful host and thank you to your husband who created such an unforgettable and beautiful resort. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin vor Ort war super. Leider wurde dieser dann gekündigt. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, aber sehr alt. Im Schlafzimmer ist Holz vom Deckenbalken aufs Bett gebröselt und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Es war im Wohnzimmer kühl, aber im Schlafzimmer sehr warm. Das Haus und die Anlage war sehr schön. Leider waren viele Liegestühle defekt. Auch die Dusche beim Pool war defekt. Di

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick
Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick in die Landschaft bzw. in das Tal ist wirklich toll. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation hat in verschiedenen Sprachen einwandfrei geklappt (Google-Übersetzer). Einziger Kritikpunkt: Ein Teil der Pool-Liegen sollte ausgetauscht werden, da sie zum Teil schon durchgelegen sind.

Traumhafter Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Kulisse
Wir hatten das Glück unseren Urlaub in der Villa Casa Forte verbringen zu dürfen. Das Anwesen liegt am Hang eines Hügels und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick über das Tal, der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und es waren immer ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Die Einrichung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll was sich auch im Badezimmer vortsetzt, man merkt das hier mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Sehr angenehm war auch das die Wohnung vollständig klimatisiert ist was uns bei Außentemperaturen um die 35 Grad als Nordländer sehr gefallen hat. Besonderes bedanken möchten wir uns bei Lucia, Sie hat uns sehr nett aufgenommen und war immer präsent. Wir würden auf jeden Fall sehr gern wiederkomen um unseren Urlaub hier in der Villa Casa Forte nocheinmal zu verbringen.
