This townhouse is a very popular one at the Breakers complex. It is the only one with 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 9. Also unique in Lorne is the enclosed yard. It is modern in style and only a short 5 minute walk to the beach and another 5 into the centre of town. You won't be disappointed with your choice.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Great Location and View
Could be a bit cleaner and the downstairs Shower Screen needs to be fixed so water doesn't flow over the floor, however all in all a great place and location. Loved the fact we had an array of Kookaburra's & Cockatoo's on our deck every day and were very friendly. Awesome place will be back
