AV16 is a Spacious Villa with two King Master Suites including double sinks and separate toilet room. Leather couch in living room converts to a fold out queen bed. Bedrooms and main living area each have their own air conditioning unit. Enjoy the cool covered courtyard with native garden sitting area and fire pit. Great room concept with a comfortable leather sofa and two stylish side chairs along with the 55 inch Smart TV in living room, Dining table for 6 and well equipped kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances and gas stove. A pleasure to cook in because you have everything you need from great knives to a full complement of spices. There is a handy pass through window to serve margaritas and snacks from the kitchen to your guests in the courtyard. Large terrace level with views of the sea, built in gas BBQ center and seating for dining and lounging in the sun. Third level tower commands stunning views of Sierra Gigante Mountains, the sea and golf course. Amazingly colorful sunsets and sunrises from this supreme vantage point on our comfortable outdoor furniture. Front door opens onto a common area with Bocce court, golf cart and bicycle parking. Back door opens onto a private community courtyard. Walkable location close to beach, golf course and several great restaurants from coffee or pizza to gourmet dining. Also walkable to 2 small stores for stocking up on some groceries and sundry items. Property includes 2 bicycles, 2 tennis rackets, pickle ball paddles and balls, 2 kayaks with life jackets, beach towels, chairs, coolers, beach umbrella. The community has several other amenities such as 3 community pools, one a lap pool, Loreto Bay golf course, tennis/pickle ball courts, on site security team, kayak and paddle board rentals and tour operators for boat excursions like whale watching and fishing. The community is 15 minutes from the Loreto International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Loreto. Plenty of on street parking.
