The staff was extremely nice and explained where everything was during check in. The breakfast was hot and had plenty of options. If ever staying in the area again we would choose this hotel.

Really don't remember much from our 1st night on our way to Dallas and a long travel time. Stopped again on our way home and general manager was more than accommodating. I have COPD and couldn't do stairs, but she found us a 1st floor room and brought a shower stool for us. We highly commend her for her dedication. Enjoyed the Irish Pub both ways, though that is not technically part of the hotel.
