Incredibly situated right at the base of Magic Mountain Ski Area, this three-story condo gives you ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes all winter and close proximity to fantastic hiking and mountain biking come summer.

This light-filled condo sits a matter of steps from the lifts and the tavern at Magic Mountain, a classic Vermont resort with 39 trails, 11 glades, and a vertical drop of 1,500 feet. It's a wonderful setting for exploring in every season, with Lowell Lake State Park (two miles), Bromley Mountain Ski Resort (10 miles), and Stratton Mountain Resort (13 miles) all close by.

Wake up each morning to a view of the lifts and mountains from the second-floor balcony, a beautiful spot to sit with a mug of coffee or cocoa. Downstairs, you'll have another deck just off the living room with a gas grill and a picnic table for summer barbecues.

The interior is open, lofty, and full of sunlight, creating a great space to gather after a day of adventure. There's a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area for family dinners and board games, and a living room where you can stream movies by the fireplace. You'll find three bedrooms on the second floor - the primary suite with its own balcony and two guest rooms - and a loft on the top floor that's perfect for kids. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided as well.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
