Beautiful hotel/apartment, very clean, fairly new apartments, good size, comfortable bed, and nice neighborhood. The front desk staff were very friendly and kind. I forgot the young lady's name that checked us in she was amazing. I misplaced my jacket and the staff was nice enough to find it for me.

Great Apartment, but Some Notes
The room was clean, well-appointed, and modern. I appreciated having a kitchenette and other amenities like a washer and microwave. advantage: Spacious, clean, and well-equipped rooms. Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Free and fast Wi-Fi. Disadvantage: The air conditioning was a bit weak, especially on hot days. There is no phone in the room to call reception. The double bed was very small. The nearby metro stations do not go directly to all tourist attractions, and often require a change of lines.

Lovely!
Great stay, and the staff were the very best! We needed help getting cabs and they made it easy. The room was well stocked and clean, beds were comfy. If there’s any negative it’s the long-ish walk to get to anything. But there’s a tube station nearby. Worth it!

It was clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff was very pleasant. The only negative comment I have is that the housekeeping service was very slow. We needed the sofa bed made up but it took quite some time for housekeeping to appear. Perhaps all the things needed to make up the sofa bed could be left in the room
