Chris was incredibly accommodating and friendly when we checked in. Rooms are spacious and clean, with great decor details in the lobby and room. Location is fantastic, merely 6 mins walking from liverpool st station, right by spitafield market and 10 from shoreditch

Just right. Everything compact and neat. Staff is professional and friendly. Small Kitchener is a wonderful addition. So close to the underground. I would always stay there whenever I visit London.. Love it

One of the best stays in London
Very pleasant stay. From the moment i entered the hotel till the time i left, every staff member was amazing. Special mention to Christian, Fanny, Aisha and Gosia. I arrived 3 hours early from the check in time and Christian the property manager made sure i got the room asap and till that made me feel really comfortable and suggested places to go. Gosia and Aisha made took care of the food and beverage and it was delicious. There were other staff members too who were really nice. But my interaction was mostly with these 4. Also, do try their Flat white, It's amazing..
