Worst experience of guest accommodation ever!
It is not a place i would recommend to lone females. Its not a hotel so unsure why its on hotels.com. The ffont curtilage is unkempt with weeds growing through blockpave, the rear garden is like a jungle. Not even facilities for a welcome or early morning brew unless you bring your own. Tge walls are paper thin so you gear everything. I was in room 4 which was basic, clean bedding but curtains that allow light tgrough. The overgrown shrubs in the rear garden are at window height for first floor room. They charge high and offer liw, furniture in room is basic and cogarette burns on bedside cabinets. The electronic door security ids hit and miss and can be operated remotely, not reassuring for line female guest I put chair against handle. Shared bathroom was basic but clean, arrived at 17:10 and had little choice but to accept the accommodation as i had an event in central london at 6pm stayed one night of two and left first thing. Management refused to refund any part of tge second night…absolutely do not use!!

Beware this is a shared property
This ad is misleading - 3 of us booked accommodation for 1 night - and we thought we would be the only people to have access to the property and facilities like the bathroom/toilet and kitchen.. however, this is a 4 bed house. We were all 3 squeezed in a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed. We had to share facilities with the other guests staying at the house. This would have been ok if this was clearly pointed out in the description so we would know what to expect and would certainly not have booked. I had to pre book and pay for parking.. to park on the drive which was littered with rubbish. The garden is also advertised as one of the amenities...please see photos attached of the state of the garden and drive. The only plus side was the room and bathroom were clean.

A stressful start to the stay as I was not send the check in information before I arrived. The apartment was not branded and was just a house in an estate. When I called, Charlie was very helpful and got me access. I did not want to stay as the room was not very clean and there was an out of date ready meal on the desk in the room. I tried to cancel but there was no other rooms nearby so I decided to stay. The facilities were fine and a decent location in Stratford but my initial experience made it difficult to enjoy the stay.
