Absolutely central, yet a sreet off the hustle and bustle of a busy part of london, very reasonable price, staff and customer service, second too none, my stay was faultless.
Spacious room and comfy beds. Only a 2 min walk from tube station.
Very friendly welcome by the owner himself.
Breakfast was included but very simple & basic.
The location is ideal - just steps from Ealing/Broadway underground. Parking on-site, you pay a fair price to have a safe place to leave your car. Breakfast was tasty and the owners were helpful and even lended us power converters to charge our phones. It is an older home, but it seemed clean and safe, the power shower worked well and the beds were comfortable.
We needed to stay as close as we could to the townhall and the caspian certainly provided the proximity. It’s a big old house, it can be a bit echoy but have to say the owner was very welcoming, quick efficient and understanding. The room was comfortable and adequate for our needs. I’d say to anyone looking for cheap, cheerful and close to everything then this is your hotel. I suspect some reviewers need to remember you get what you pay for and in London for these prices is nothing short of a miracle! The breakfast was very pleasing with fresh fruit, further options and continental provisions. Thank you very much!
We had a good sized room with a double and a single bed, a table, two chairs, and a tv. Lovely warm comforters were on the beds; which we needed as the room was quite cold in the evening. For breakfast you could have soft or hard boiled eggs with cereal, lunch meats, cheese, toast, yogurt, muffins and fruit. The wifi was good and the staff was pleasant.

Handy and Homely two-star
Hosts were friendly and helpful. The building is rather run-down (e.g. creaking wooden floorboards, no carpet, stain marks on bathroom floor), though they've tried to smarten up the room. It was surprisingly sound-proof. Pretty garden and quite good breakfast. Very handy for Ealing Broadway rail and Underground.

Owner extremely rude. Would not recommend to ANYBODY
The hotel is well situated for the tube and mainline station. Having a car park is a bonus in this area, but watch out for the tree on the way in!
The friendliness is terrific from all the staff. Then you meet the owner! Quite a character, but in the nicest possible way. This is a small family run place, so don't go expecting the corporate blandness of the chains. We loved it and will be back.
It's very nice hotel, I encourage everyone to reserve with this amazing hotel.. the staff is very friendly, hotel is very clean and very secure...

Great location
Staff was helpful in allowing us to check-in early and assist with arrangements for transportation to airport at the end of our stay. Breakfast was satisfactory. Room was spacious. Dirty dishes and trash had been left in our room upon arrival. And room was not cleaned while we were there (7 days). Toiletries were not provided.
We stayed for 5 days and would definitely return. Breakfast was abundant and coffee was especially good. The owners are warm, friendly and helpful.

Great location
We used the Caspian for an overnight stay while attending a friend's birthday party so we didn't spend much time in the room. We have a very spacious family room - the bathroom (shower room) was a little dingy but serviceable. Great location for Ealing shops and bars and really close to the Tube station. Nice little garden and very friendly host. Breakfast was continental but plentiful and they did make boiled eggs for us.
Stayed for a couple of nights with the missus whilst in London to watch the FA Cup semi (Wembley being fairly close.)Liked the room, very comfy and a great balance of modern and "shabby-chic". Owner was very welcoming and the breakfast was superb! Great location also a bonus. Plus, We beat Watford to get to the final, so happy days!
Cannot fault anything. Had a really good comfortable stay. Owner was most accommodating. Breakfast was served in his Café across the road & was amazing. Will definitely be going back there
I enjoyed the stay overall, though it was a short one

Average for the price
We only stayed one night, breakfast wasn't included and we didn't eat there. It wasn't much like a hotel, more like lodging rooms.

Great b&b close to wembley
Perfect location for easy bus access to wembley stadium. Staff friendly and helpful. Free parking. Superb breakfast which kept us going all say. Comfy beds and good shower jet made up for uncoordinated room. For a one nighter is was the perfect find.
