Excellent accommodation; you just need to think about your travel options
I stayed in this property in early October 2024. I was really impressed with the accommodation. It had everything I needed and was well looked after. Additionally, the owner responded to my questions quickly and accurately. My only word of caution concerns the transportation side of things. If you want to go into central London, you really need to use the overground train (from Streatham Hill) rather than the Tube. I didn't realise this initially and ended up walking from Tooting Bec Tube station, with all my bags. I was VERY sweaty by the time I arrived. Didn't make that mistake again!

Wonderful stay
You’ll have everything you need here. Sophie was attentive and thought of everything you would need whilst traveling. There’s a cute neighborhood cat that frequents the garden and it felt very homely and comfortable. The place was super clean and everything was new.

I had the pleasure of staying in the lovely accommodation for 6 nights and I could not have felt more at home. The accommodation is in the rear garden of a property on a quiet side street off Streatham Hill Road. There is plenty of FREE on street parking on the door step, this I think is a great bonus for the area. It has it’s own private patio area fenced off from the rest of the property to give you complete privacy. Outside there is also patio furniture that can be used when the weather is warm and sunny. Access to the property is through a set of patio doors that lead straight to the sleeping area with a very comfortable double bed. The kitchenette has everything that you could really want in terms of staying away from home. Portable hot plate, microwave, washing machine and iron. There is also large fridge freezer to keep groceries nice and fresh. There is plenty of crockery, pots and pans and cutlery available as well. Something that is definitely not provided in many properties of this type. The bathroom has a lovely shower and plenty of storage space if you need it. Sophie the host cannot do enough to provide what you need. Offering to change bedding mid-week if required and swapping the duvet for a thinner cooler one when the Summer finally arrived. Communication regarding the collection of keys and checking in to see everything was ok was excellent. I can recommend this place enough.

Small, charming studio with private outdoor area, clean and functionally furnished. Very good connection to public transport. Very attentive landlady Food markets in the immediate vicinity We enjoyed our stay of 5 days very much, everything was uncomplicated, the accommodation is highly recommended and fully met our expectations.
