Want to stay again!
Spent a long weekend here with my adult daughter and sister. Location is terrific with easy access from Heathrow Airport via the Elizabeth line (purple line - same track as Heathrow Express). Very quick walk from James' house to the Whitechapel Tube station, which connects to multiple lines. Has two bathrooms, both with very nice hot showers (not 1.5 bathrooms, as indicated in the posting). James was very communicative and provided clear directions to his home. Beautifully appointed as depicted in the photos. Deserves the 10/10 rating. Lovely!

Lovely apartment with great beds and slowers
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and clean apartment. The beds where so comfortable and the showers had high pressure and hot water. We walked to Brick lane for great food and took Underground to explore the city. Highly recommend!

We found the property clean, very comfortable and in close proximity to the Whitechapel tube station. The apartment was well appointed with cutlery, kitchen equipment, dishes and pantry condiments. Great water pressure and hot water at all times. An enjoyable stay.

Excellent flat, excellent host, excellent experience!
Just as advertised, the flat is a breath of fresh air - colorful, spacious enough, and overall just lovely! Communication with the host was unsurpassed and for me, this was the perfect “home base” for a week in London. Close to the tube, literally steps from a major hospital, and in a wonderfully diverse community, I felt safe on foot and dare I say by the end of the week, welcomed in the community! All the typical tourist spots are only minutes via the tube (and affordable). I highly recommend this flat and host (and in fact, already have made two referrals for friends to stay here). You won’t be disappointed!

Lovely home in lively area
James was so accomodating and helpful. He allowed us to drop our bags earlier on check in day and offered us more freedom to leave on check out day. The house was roomy, eclectic and accessible to everything we needed during our stay. There was a wonderful info book of suggestions, tips etc that we referred to a lot. This place was a gem!

Great Stay! Vibrant Flat!
My parents and I enjoyed our stay very much at this location! The flat was very clean and the host was very responsive throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were really easy with a lockbox on the exterior of the building. The location was great with there only being an 8-minute walk to the Whitechapel train station which seems to be what you'll use most to get around the city. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that this flat actually has 2 full bathrooms! We were under the impression that there was only 1 shower, but there is in fact 2. Overall a great stay and would stay here again and recommend it!

Absolutely loved it!
Over time, we have rented numerous properties around London, but this is definitely my favourite. It is simply stunning. The owner is a delight and extremely responsive. The property is not just beautiful but very well equipped. Traveling around London could not have been easier. The area is quite diverse, as are most areas in London. We would love to return.

Lieber James, es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in deiner gemütlichen Wohnung. So wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail und ganz viel Charme. Die Lage mit dem kleinen Park mit Spielplatz, was unserer Tochter gefallen hat, einfach prima. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Sogar Schirme die uns am ersten Tag gute Dienste geleistet haben. Die U- Bahn Station, Supermarkt, kleiner Bäcker und Restaurant sind fußläufig erreichbar. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in London kommen wir gern wieder.

Wir haben uns in James Wohnung wie zu Hause gefühlt. Tolles Haus mit noch besserem Ambiente, so liebevoll hergerichtet. Zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Badezimmer, einem Wohn- und Esszimmer welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Whitechapel underground station ist um die Ecke und mit der district line ist mit in zwei Haltestellen an den Sehenswürdigkeiten Londons. Nettes Café für's Frühstück auf dem Weg zur U-Bahn Station war das Quetzalcafé in der New road. Wir können diese Adresse nur jedem empfehlen und wir werden sichelich nicht das letzte Mal bei James gewesen sein. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Cosy apartment
Wir waren als Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern dort. Die Einrichtung ist schöner, als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Wohnung war angenehm ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit James war perfekt. Whitechapel Station ist sehr praktisch. Das Umfeld ist natürlich so, wie überall beschrieben- aber dadurch auch interessant! Wir würden wieder kommen!
