Absolutely beautiful, very clean, private, quiet, ,safe neighborhood. The couch was made for function more than comfort but very adequate and the bed was fine, nothing spectacular. It's such a good value for the cost,
I've already recommended staying here with my travelling friends and family. Thanks very much!
The property is very nice and modern, comfortable furniture and spacious bathroom. However the deposit is scandalously expensive, in my case 2.3x the room cost for 1 night. The checking in process was too long as well, and there is no lobby or staff present making actually getting into the room a real pain.

Superb and very convenient
Smooth and easy communication to self check in. Apartment was in good condition, clean, tidy and everything was easy to use. Unfortunately there were no batteries in the remote control but only realised at 11pm but one phone call and the next morning housekeeping brought fresh batteries.

Poor comms! Huge deposit! Unsympathetic response
Communication was extremely poor! We had to transfer a deposit before we could stay. It was in the small print, but again nothing communicated before hand.
When they finally confirmed receipt of money before check-in we were then told the apartment was not ready for our stay and that we had to wait over 2 hours on the street outside until they got the place ready! We booked 3 days prior to arrival and there was no reason why it should not have been ready! With no reason given as to why it was not ready. Plus it took over two weeks to get my deposit money back from them!
I will not ever want to use them again! I’ve never heard of having to put down a deposit prior to staying at a hotel.com property before. Not happy with the way I was treated as I could not get into the property until I paid a deposit.
Communication overall was poor as I had to contact them to get response and updates.

I think Hotels.com has inaccurate information listed for this property. We had booked a two bedroom with a king and a queen bed. They instead provided us with two separate apartments, each having only a double bed. We were traveling with children, so this situation was not acceptable to have them in a completely different apartment from us. I contacted Hotels.com repeatedly and the property and was told there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service from both Hotels.com and the property management.
Regarding the property, neither apartment was as clean as I would have expected with dust bunnies collected in corners and under furniture. One bathroom had a hole in the wall with pipes exposed. The beds were small double size and not comfortable. I did appreciate having laundry available in the apartments though. I don’t believe that was listed in the description and was a nice surprise.

Bad booking experience and awful area !!
Apartment itself is lovely and modern. The booking process is convoluted, was contacted the day before travel asking for passport copies and a deposit. I’m not familiar with that process with ANY other hotels or apartments that I regularly frequent in London.
The area the apartment is in is shocking and I wouldn’t ever return
Not safe for families or people travelling alone. Drug dealing in street outside, crime rife and all together a pretty rough area.
It’s a shame because as I say, inside the apartment is really nice.

The property itself was absolutley immaculate, bed was really comfortable.
Overall i would 100% recommend this place, great location also
SCAM!!! Do not book with this property!!! Cancelled my stay before I could check in, with no refund!!! Customer service was awful, didnt reply to any of my emails. Do not book with them you will get scammed
