Retreat to one of the three separate bedrooms, each a secluded haven of tranquility offering dimmed natural light for optimal relaxation. You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
