The staff was very accommodating and helped us with our stay. The restaurant was amazing. The rooms are large and the bed was comfortable. The beds, however, are very high. If you are short, you will need to request a chair to help climb into the bed.

Excellent location. Close enough to Paddington to be convenient; distant enough to be a quiet area. Beautiful older building that’s been modernized. Very clean. The included breakfast offerings were varied and generally well prepared. Must reserve a table though as the dining area has just 10 tables. Very tiny sleeping room; limited space for luggage. A tight squeeze for 2 adults. Bathroom was more spacious. Friendly and helpful staff.

I chose this property bc it looked nice online, was relatively affordable, and walking distance to paddington for the next leg of my journey. Upon checkin late, we were upgraded from executive room to junior suite. It wasn’t much, but it was a nice welcome gesture. Upon closer inspection, the hotel appointings are dated, the following morning there was limited hot water and at one point the shower just fully shut off on its own before restarting. Upon checkout we were informed if we didn’t return the plastic hotel card key, we’d be charge £2. For the plastic key. For real. Nothing was actively bad, and it suited our brief requirements, but I’ll experiment elsewhere next time.

Excellent place to stay near Paddington
It was very pleasant to stay at Roseate House London. The reception staff, Dohee, was very kind and helpful. I stayed at an executive room thanks to an upgrade and it was superb. Very clean and spacious. Also really liked the bathroom diffuser.

Great location, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - we even got a welcome drink upon arrival! Comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Coffee pod machine in room gets extra bonus points!
