The room feels like a basement it doesn’t have big windows like the one from the pictures just windows but in a high place also room was not located on the main building so we have to check in and carry our 4 suitcases on the street to the building were the room was. It has security of the building at the entrance but that entrance room smells really bad body smell. Not instructions were given about how to use the AC so we had to figured it out Other than that it was okay

Took them 5 days to fix our laundry machine which had our clothes stuck in it that were still wet. They told us it would be fixed the next day every time we checked in with reception. Absolutely awful.

It was a great property with all the amenities we needed. Very clean, safe and in great condition. The bed was comfortable and all the room was very clean as all the areas in the building. The metro is less than 5 minutes walking. There was a security guard 24/7. Will recommend the hotel, and for sure will stay there again.
