The apartment was spacious, spotless, and located in a beautiful area. The only suggestion would be to replace the toaster, as it kept tripping the power.

This apartment was clean and an easy 3-minute walk from the tube, shopping, and restaurants. A couple of the dining room chairs were broken and the repairmen arrived 1 hour later. He was very kind and gave us information about the local area. A very good experience.

Great, flat-style studio in nice neighborhood
Very nice studio that was great for a weekend and would also work well for a longer stay as it has a full kitchen and living area. Newly renovated, clean, vaulted ceiling, large window overlooking neighboring rear gardens, easy access, and in a really nice, convenient neighborhood (Co-op, Sainsburys, cafes, restaurants, bars, tube stations, etc). Next time booking in London I will absolutely check availability here first.

No terms of ventilation or actual windows which open, I asked in regards to windows and vents and the customer services stated there was no air conditioning advertised, but if there was windows air would’ve been able to circulate. I then complained at 3:00am as I couldn’t sleep and was then given a fan on the next day at 4:30pm and was told they can provide air conditioning at an extra cost. Put it this way, if booking in summer DONT! If I wanted to go to a sauna I would’ve went to a spa. Neighbors doors was slamming all night and no one had consideration after 8:00pm. Not worth the value for money, stayed two nights and would honestly not go back.

Great apartment in London
The location was great, close to tube, restaurants, and food markets. Checkin was fast and easy. I contacted the management staff for restaurant recommendations and they were happy to reply! Kitchen was very nice and had basic supplies for tea and eating food brought in from the outside. My only suggestions for improvement would be to include hand soap in the bathroom (in addition to the shampoo and conditioner provided) and to include dish towels or paper towels in the kitchen.

Great size and nice area
Great sized apartment for two people, could easily be three and still comfortable. Clean, in a nice area, and has plenty of things you may need if you’re staying a little longer. Only downside was one towel had some marks on it, but there was a few spare in the bathroom and bedroom so we still had enough to use.

Location, amenities and surrounding area was excellent. A 5 minute walk to the station and close to everything we needed. The low score is due to the space being advertised as 'non smoking' unit when it was clearly not. A very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the unit as soon as you open the doors. Disgusting. I complained about this from day 1 and the management company offered us another flat but it was too far from our business activities so we had to decline. We had the fan on blast the entire time and tried masking it with incense. It was extremely disappointing. Asked for a discount and they said there was nothing they could do but offer air fresheners. Lol...

Lovely stay!
I really enjoyed my stay here. The studio apartment was spacious, well-kept, bright, and furnished with everything you could possibly need. Tall ceilings, sufficient lighting, a beautiful modern kitchen, and the bathroom has tons of surface and storage space. Like some of the other reviews say, ventilation was a slight problem, but Viridian did provide me with a floor-standing fan (and I brought a small, lightweight travel fan with me too because I knew it was going to be a warm week) so I managed quite well. Noise on the main road didn't bother me much - you can hear the school rush in the AM and PM but that's it. It's nice and quiet at night so sleeping wasn't an issue. The bed was about a 7/10 comfort-wise, pillows are amazing if you're a side sleeper because they're boxy and firm. Location is fab, the tube is super close by, and you're a minute's walk away from plenty of shops, pubs, and a post office. I felt safe as a solo traveller in both the studio apartment and the Queen's Park area.

Unfortunately no fresh air until air vent installed in lounge but bedroom still stuffy. Summer would be challenging. Bed was a double bed and not Queen size as was expected. Otherwise all as expected.

A pleasant stay - except for one issue
The apartment worked out well. It was spacious and clean. Location was good. Convenient access to the Tube with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The place worked out great, except for one problem. The bedroom for flat 1 on the ground floor, where I stayed, is a few feet from a crosswalk signal. In the UK, there's a chirping sound every time it's safe to cross. An annoying and loud five-second chirping/beeping sound. While it doesn't chirp at night, people use the cross walk all day, starting around 8 am. If you're an early riser or plan to be in the apartment a lot, it can get annoying. The building management should install thicker windows, but I'm not sure that would do any good.
