Didn't have high expectaions as this was a stop to help break up a long drive. Was pleasantly surprised by the renovated rooms, friendly staff, proximity to some great restaurants within walking distance. This will definitely be our go to when in the area!

The room was great. Spacious and clean. The reno did it justice. We arrived on Halloween staff were dressed up. Great welcoming. I do recommend lots near by. Food, shopping etc.

The room was clean and had all the necessities. The air conditioner was extremely loud. Bed although comfortable was set very high. Shower stall did not have any shelf to p[ace a soap or a towel.

On the outskirts of town. The room was nice, however we spilled water on the floor and it was evidently very dirty by the colour of the towel when I was wiped up- cleaning with more than a mop might help. The layout of parking was awkward especially since the card readers didn’t work to any exterior door and we had to use the main entrance. We booked this hotel for the size of the room and access to laundry facilities- they weren’t working which was disappointing. I believe there are long term tenants at the facility as well, which seemed to be evident in the staff- there was a note of guest fatigue in their approach. Overall the site served its purpose, but not worth the price we paid.

Great suite - 2 queen bed w sofa bed. Newly renovated. Quiet with good window blinds. We stayed one night. Somethings to consider - only one elevator near the lobby so if your room is at the other end of hotel it can be quite a walk especially if you’re older. Ask the front desk where room is located before the trek. Not sure if card opens outside rear doors by parking lot. If it does it can help if your group is ok w stairs.

Very good location. Just few minutes from the mall. Close to the major road but not noisy. Free parking and port for electric car is free. Very clean. Breakfast choices are good. Room size is very good and room is clean.

Wonderful and very clean inside. Very impressive rooms that have been newly renovated and are very spacious. Breakfast was great and included in the hotel stay. Was not expecting so many food options (hot & cold) and was pleasantly surprised at what was available. The only drawback is that the outside of the building is very unassuming and signage to the lobby entrance can easily be missed when driving by to get to the parking area. Outside signage for the hotel is confusing because it says Comfort Inn but when online booking, it indicates that the hotel is Quality Suites London. If you were not aware of this, one could mistakenly drive by the hotel in search for Quality Suites and not find it based on the current signage. Despite this, the hotel is wonderful and I would definitely stay here again if I were in London. The hotel was also accommodating in allowing me to check in an hour early before 3 pm without any extra charge due to attending a special event. Great location as it is easily accessible from the Hwy 401 and is within 5 min. of the White Oaks shopping centre and many food places. Just be aware that there is still ongoing construction along Wellington which slows down the traffic.
