I was in London, England, and I must say it was an awful experience. I had to book last minute due to a family emergency, traveling from the United States. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet even the most basic standards.
First, there was no thermometer in the room, so I was sweating all night and morning. It was incredibly uncomfortable and made it impossible to get any rest.
Secondly, the windows in my room wouldn’t shut properly, which was a major safety concern. I felt unsafe the entire time, fearing that someone could easily break in.
Given these significant issues, I believe I am entitled to a refund. The conditions were unacceptable, and I would appreciate it if the hotel could address this matter promptly.
